Join Millennials in Travel to celebrate the launch of our 10th chapter in Houston!

Please join Millennials in Travel Houston for our official launch party! This evening of industry networking will be held on Thursday, August 31st from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM in The Hearth Room at The Houstonian.

The Houstonian is a timeless and rare gem, thoughtfully tucked away in the middle of the city. It is a member of Preferred Hotels and Resorts and a Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star property. This 27-acre playground offers a wide variety of distinctively different fun experiences that allow you to connect with the property, family, friends, and colleagues.

Millennials in Travel is a career development and networking organization for professionals in the travel industry. Launched in 2013, our mission is to strengthen the future of the travel industry through relationship building between other millennial travel professionals focused on furthering their career. Houston will be our 10th chapter and marks the celebration of 10 years of Millennials in Travel!

IMPORTANT UPDATE! Don't forget to bring your business cards! Advisors are eligible to participate in a raffle prize drawing during the event. The Houstonian has generously offered a raffle prize for a complimentary 1-night stay (applies to Friday or Saturday!) with complimentary parking. You must be present to win!

Driving in to attend the event and hoping to extend your stay in Houston? The Houstonian has also graciously extended an industry rate of $299++ for a traditional king room for any attendees coming in for the launch. Courtesy of The Houstonian, the following will be provided during our event:

  • Selection of beverages, including sparkling, white and red wines, plus soft drinks, and sparkling water

  • Heavy hors d'oeuvres and dessert

  • Self parking (valet is available for $21/car)

Space is limited to 60 attendees and attendance to this launch event is FREE. Subsequent Millennials in Travel events are $15 per person. Millennials in Travel members can use their MIT ID for complimentary access to two events.
