Tom demeter - tropic arrow travel

Tom was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and graduated from the University of Minnesota. Tom took his passion for leisure and entertainment to the sports industry where he worked with the Minnesota Twins, Milwaukee Bucks, and Arizona Diamondbacks. Tom eventually decided to turn his love of travel into a career by starting his own travel agency, Tropic Arrow Travel. Through his 15+ years of experience in the sports and travel industries, he has developed an outstanding reputation for going above and beyond when it comes to group sales and hospitality – skills that come in handy when helping individuals and groups create amazing vacations to tropical destinations.

Chrstina Haro - Sandsational Travel

Christina is the owner of Sandsational Travel LLC, a boutique travel agency specializing in luxury travel throughout Mexico, the Caribbean, European river cruises, and the Xcaret portfolio of resorts. With a strong focus on destination weddings, group travel, and immersive all inclusive experiences, she is known for her personalized service and industry expertise. Christina blends strategic marketing with hands on client care, creating seamless, elevated travel experiences while fostering strong partnerships across the travel industry.

Born in Southern California and calling the Valley home since 2007, Matthew is the owner & travel advisor at Terra Explored Travel. He designs cultural-immersion journeys and group experiences that build community—especially across Spain, Portugal, and South America. Matthew is a wine lover, history-obsessed, and a proudly food-driven traveler who focuses on deeper travel, value over price & steady support and is a member of ASTA and the Travel Leaders Network.
