Kali Fors - MATKA Yacht Charters
Kali was born in Wisconsin and has traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally over the past couple of decades. While attending college in Miami, Florida, she worked as a stewardess on yacht charters. Upon graduation, Kali decided that she wanted to remain in the yachting industry. She is now the primary broker with MATKA Yacht Charters in the South Florida and Chicago areas.

Alison Anesta - Thrive partners
Alison is a strengths-based business advisor whose passion for travel started in childhood and blossomed into her career. Since graduating from the FSU Dedman School of Hospitality in 2008, Alison has partnered with hotel brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Starwood, Marriott, and Dorchester Collection. After earning her Master's degree in Business Psychology in 2020, Alison created her personal brand 'Your Strengths Advisor' and teamed up with her long-time mentor to launch business growth consultancy, Thrive Partners LLC. As a South Florida native and former member of the LAX MIT Chapter, Alison is thrilled to now be a leader with the Miami MIT Chapter.
